Has anyones orders been seized from david yang(eastmall) ?

Great, just got a letter in mail from Health Canada notifying me of seizure of my order from march 13.

Says: shipment violates sections 9(1) C.08.002(1)(a)
Reason's: Drug likely to create an erroneous impression regarding composition or safety. A new drug that has not met prescribed conditions.

Shall be interesting mess to sort out. Talking on phone to one inspector that informed me I cannot be found in the database, and now have to wait for the inspector that initiated the seizure to call. As I understand it only thing to negotiate is sending shipment back to Eastmall and hope they will refund, no chance of talking them into passing order to me.

Having had to call two different numbers for Health Canada inspectors so far, I noticed that all phone numbers there are (604)666-____ :evil:

Did it come through EMS?
Customs specified seizure instead of refusal?
Hang in there and hope you can send it back to get your money back..!

Just looked at my original bill, yes, EMS shipping.

Refusal would be proper naming device. I suppose seizure would suggest they will keep it, which is not possible for them either, (since it is not allowed entry). They are sending my order back. Just got off phone with agent that refused my order. Sympathetic ex-smoker of two years. She informed me that the proper licensing is just about complete as a medical device. She did not divulge what company is doing it, I will assume a pharmaceutical company has struck a deal with Chinese manufacturers. She told me that the liquid will not be importable and that the cartridges will be classified "schedule F" meaning prescription only (from doctor). Anyway, she said rumor on her end was; that it may be as soon a few months away.

I feel for you guys in Canada, as for the US here's what I have for tracking today:

So, we're still getting things through. Possibly only because of luck, or maybe customs just hasn't been instructed to intercept small shipment, or maybe they just missed it. I don't know, so I'll just count myself lucky ... for now.

Ditto, CellWho and so sorry to hear about that Lakota! Man, I was going to place an order with Vaporolla tonight too. Too scared to now. Wonder if any order from a supplier in the US will get through now either. This is just too $&#*(*@ stupid! And, no, it doesn't surprise me in the least that they are thinking of making these things 'prescription' only. Man, this news does NOT make my day. Hope you at least get your money back, Lakota. Maybe you were just terribly unfortunate and got snagged and some others who have ordered will get through but what a freaking roulette game to have to play.

Doc, dude, my atty died and I need some more cartys. Doc, the dog dumped over my juice dude, I need me so more juice. Doc? How many prescriptions can you write? Can you write me one for 4 extra attys? Doc, are there mods available?

My understanding from those who have spoken to appropriate officials, it that that hardware is fine as long as there is no nic in the shipment. The idea of a prescription is for carts containing nic.

Hi all,

I've been vaping for roughly 3 weeks now and managed to stay analog free just last week without difficulty. I have a question from you guys who received your orders from eastmall. I've order 2x from them. 1st order was for hardware (extra atty, case and charger), just to try them out. I received that in about 7 days and all pieces were there and am happy with it. So I ordered 100 ml worth of juice (2 orders of sample pack of 5 different flavors). That arrived in 5 days, but this time not all of what I ordered was there. I was expecting 2 x 20ml bottles of each of the 5 flavors. What I received are 2 x 30ml bottles and 3 x 20ml bottles. I know those 2 big bottles are 30 ml because I've ordered from another supplier and they use the exact same bottles advertised as 30ml. I'm hoping this in only an oversight but the 30 ml bottles worries me. I hope they are not expecting me to believe those are 40 ml, besides I'm still missing 3 x 20ml bottles. They at least sent the correct flavors or at least I hope 1 of those bottles is the flavor I ordered because it did not have any label on it. I've emailed him the contents of the package, my email address, shipment # and order #. I still do not have a response from him. My first email was sent april 20, and another today. Anyone experience this? I tried the flavors I ordered, love it and would really like to keep him as one of my main supplier. I'm concerned about this last shipment tho and the lack of communication.

Try sending another email to David. I had some problems with an order and emails went unanswered. I finally tried again and David responded immediately, stating that they were training a new guy for the web site and he was "very confused" by some of the emails. In other words, what he didn't understand, he didn't respond to. After finally getting thru to David, it sounds like my problem has been resolved? Haven't received the package yet, but have been assured it is on it's way. I went directly to the web site, waited until I saw David was online, then sent my email. He responded within the hour. I would give that a try. Good luck.

thanks for the suggestion emsmom... I'll give that a shot. I just don't have the time to be on the internet all the time to wait for him to get online. It sounds like an excuse tho (training new guy). I hope I'm wrong. I'll see if I could find some time tonight and do what you did to get this resolved. My last email (sent yesterday) was sent through the sight but I don't know if he was online at the time. I guess I'll practice some patience and see if this can be resolved amicably before raising hell.

On a side note: this forum provided loads of information and good advice. Big shout out of thanks and heart felt appreciation to all contributors and founders for such a gem. I would not have been able to manage quiting analogs and so easily too. This was the only effective tool that helped me do just that (after trying so many other ways for countless times). I'm so hooked on this.
