Whats up everyone??? I have a quick question, maybe some of you can help me. Has anyone had any of there packages coming from china confiscated recently? I ordered 25 starter kits for friends and family, and ultimately anyone else i run into that wants one. I haven't seen anything recently about customs/FDA confiscating orders, anyone care to shed some light?

But to answer your question - Yes I've had some orders come in with out issue. They have been a little slow because of the Chinese new year.

yea chinese new year was over the 19th of february i believe. Mine we're shipped on monday, so i'm not worried yet, i was just seeing if anyone has had any packages completely denied yet. I have the tracking number, it left china monday or tuesday, should be in the states around friday or saturday if i had to guess.

I've only had 1 package held in customs and that was during the peak of the FDA ban scare. I was able to get it out after writing a letter and since then all of my packages have gone through customs without issue.

I've had successful shipments before and after the Chinese new year. One sat in NY customs for 10 days, but other than that, no problems.

I had one of my first orders take about a month to get here. All others have been here in 7 to 10 days, but mine are all small orders.

Thanks everyone. I'm pretty sure 25 starter kits isn't even really considered large to them. I hope to have my package by the middle of next week

heaven gifts shipments are back on the 5 day track for me. No problem since right after the NYear.

I just received my package from deal extreme Wednesday and had ordered during the holiday. Perhaps batteries are not a problem but that is all I have ordered from China recently.

thanks everyone. This is actually the first e-cigarette package ive ordered from china, ive ordered other stuff, all of teh packages would go to JFK airport and directly say "inbound into customs", this one landed at JFK, and didn't even go inbound into customs. nice.
