Trying to check out at this site, but apparently they only accept bank transfer or Western Union, (not going to happen lol) or Pay Pal. I don't have a Pay Pal account, and thought E-Cig merchandise is contrary to Pay Pal's terms of use.

I think I remember reading somewhere that it only applies to US vendors. I think I recall seeing this because liberty flights can accept paypal for us and uk orders, because part of their business is out of the country. Of course I forget way more than I remember these days, so I could be making that up.
