I really like Fudge Monkey too. Does it actually taste fudgy? I haven't tried it yet, so it's hard for me to say.

Double chocolate is a cappella flavoring he uses.

I picked up a bottle of that and mixed a few flavors....DC from Cappella is awesome. It goes with just about any recipe you throw at it.
