One more question. Some of the flavors have PG/VG percentage options. I've heard a combo of the two is best, but I'm not sure how much of each to go with. Is flavor better/stronger with more of one over the other?

I like a 70%PG/30%VG mix personally. I like 20% or more VG for the vapor production. The last order I made from FSUSA I just stuck with the percentages that they default to and have not been disappointed.

You know when I first started vaping the vapor was not important to me and I went with a 80/20 mix. The longer that I vape the more I like the 50/50 blend that David and Pam use to mix their goodies with! I have to have the vapor now. I also think that the VG gives the vape a fullness not to be found with higher PG.

Mellie, remember that each order placed is mixed by hand at the time of order so it may take a few days during a sale for your order to ship. Dave and Pam work around the clock to make the delicious yumminess but often get slammed with the great sales that they have. So as hard as it is try and be patient and remember that good things come to those who wait! (I know easy for me to say since I am sitting here with a shelf full of FSUSA juice) ;)

BTW- You made some GREAT choices in juice! I have to admit that I have not tried the bacon so please let us know what you think when you get it.

Ok. One more thing. I see that you are new so I am not sure how much you know about freshly mixed juice. It will taste great when you get it but it will taste amazing after about a week. This is especially true for the sweet creamy flavors.

I have heard about letting juices age/steep/etc. Not that it'll stop me from testing them out immediately anyway. I'll probably end up vaping some weird bacon/thin mint cookie flavor by the end of the day.

You must use attys? I always have to at least try the juice when I get it. Who has that kind of self control? But I do TRY and put at least a little back for about a week.

I've not tried the liquid amber. I'm interested in trying it since you mentioned that it doesn't have a strong tobacco flavor. Can you detect any type of flavors? Or is it too hard to describe (like hypnotic mist)?

I buy Liquid Amber in 60 mls bottles! I love the stuff. However I must admit to me, no juice taste like tobacco. Actually if tobacco tasted as good, I'd probably be still smoking. LOL But Liquid Amber along with Hypnotic Mist are two flavors I don't understand why are considered tobaccos.

I um... tried the Grilled Shrimp. And it really tastes like grilled shrimp! It's also strong enough that you probably don't want to order it with extra flavor. It will linger on the atty so you'll probably have to drip PGA into it and blow it out before switching flavors. I find that PGA clears any flavor from attys. It also gives one heck of a TH if you take a swig. LOL

I've got to try Liquid Amber. If it doesn't taste like tobacco, I might like it. By the way, I bought a 10 ml. bottle of Oba Oba in my last order. I really need to try it. I'll let everyone know my take on it (should be interesting since I don't like tobacco flavors!).

Finally made up my mind and placed an order. I went with the following:
French Toast
Hopscotch
Gingerbread
Thin Mint Cookie
Hypnotic Mist
and.....Bacon!!! I had to do it.

Now I just have to wait for them to get here. Oh, I hate the waiting. er.

Can't wait to hear what you think about the hopscotch and thin mint cookie (two of my favorites). For both of those flavors, they are good to go right when you take them out the box!

Mellie, one thing you are going to hear all the time on this site is the advice on aging/steeping FSUSA juices. To my taste buds there are some flavors that are great when they are fresh (French Toast and Wyatt Earp for example) and some that you'll try and will wonder why you even bothered with them.

A few weeks ago I ordered some HopScotch because everybody was really talking it up. It came, I tried it and wasn't impressed - so it went to my Steeping Shelf. It was dated 9/27. Today, 10/15, I decided to give it another try. My Gosh!!! This stuff is wonderful! I'm really glad I got a 120ml bottle because when my wife tastes this she's going to want her share of it.

The smallest size bottle of anything I ever order is 30ml. This gives me a chance to try it new, let it steep if necessary, and then be enjoying it while I order more and give the newest juice time to steep.

Its 5:30 in the morning and I feel like going in and waking my wife up and getting her to come try this Hopscotch. And I would except she would kill me.

ab357 -- LOL! I try to stay sober while cleaning attys! I wonder if I am getting PGA through my pores while I clean. I know inhaling the vapor is potent. LOL

NO!!!!!! You DON'T want her to find out how about it! Hopscotch may become the cause of some divorces.

I started dripping since I hated the carts that came with the kit and I was finding it a pain in the .... to refill, especially since I'm still trying to find a flavor I really like, which is why I'm switching around all the time. It works if I end up mixing, say toffee and chocolate, but I'm thinking I'm gonna have to keep bacon separated from everything else. Although, I ran into a store selling chocolate covered bacon, so who knows, my thin mint bacon combo might be fantastic, lol.

As for letting them age, I'm gonna try and keep at least a little of everything I get so I can go back later and see if there's a difference in flavor, but obviously since I just started vaping I can't let everything age or I'll have nothing to vape in the meantime.
