So here is my problem or problems. Been trying to find a cartomizer I like and can rely on to work good out of the box.

I'm looking for one that fits standard 510 batteries, they are about a month old if that matters for the ohms, that's another thing I don't know much about.

Here is what I have tried so far and why I didn't like it etc:

Standard joye 510 cartomizers:
Work great out of box probably the best I have had working wise, great vapor production and taste.

Don't like having to stab open with a needle to fill up and condom method is too messy. Don't like that I can't see how much juice I have left. Leak everywhere when over filling and guessing how much I need to top it off.

ce2 xl clearomizers rev4 2.8ohms:
What I like is super easy to fill and plastic rubbery needles work so no stabbing. Easy to take a part to fill up.

Don't like wicking issues, don't care for the atomizer being up top in them so close to my mouth(vapor feels hot and flavorless when not tasting like ...). Get the burnt ... taste a lot, weak vapor production. Fluffing wicks, taking rubber off and snipping for more wick room is all a pain.

What I want, something that works out of the box like any good product should. I don't want to have to go on youtube and look for tips on getting something to work right, a good product shouldn't be like that in my opinion. I just want to get my carto, fill it up, be able to vape.

So in short I just want a carto for a standard 510 battery, clear preferrably, works out of box w/o having to mod it or pick around in it to make it work like it should.

How many ohms should I get for a standard 510 battery also?

I was looking at these, FLüXomizer™ 510 Clearomizer : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more
but I am open to suggestions if anything else is out there.

Thanks in advance!

The fluxomizer isn't going to give you anything more. It's the same as the CE2s you've been using with the exception of a fatter wick that doesn't really improve anything.
Try the Diamond single coil at 2.0 ohm for standard 510. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong. It will probably make your battery life a bit shorter if the ohms are too low, but it works out of the box without the fiddling. It would probably be better on a larger ego-like battery but worth trying on standard. Other than that I would try the Boge soft-tipe cartomizers at 3.0 ohms; I prefer Boge 2.0 ohm, but I use bigger batteries.

Cool thanks for the input. I was under the impression that the ohms changed how hot it burned as well. If its just lower battery life I don't mind that since I carry my PCC everywhere.

I always hear about the boge being good as well, any reputable place that I could look in to them at? I like the look of the diamonds as well so long as I find out 2.0 ohms would be okay on my standard 510 batteries.

atomicferret...you need to stay in the 2.8 or higher ohm range with your little batteries. I suggest Boge standard resistance cartos. No leaking, good flavor, TH, and vapor production. These are the only brand that I use on my little 510's that I use for work. They are also great for variable voltage mods. Try to avoid carto's that are below 2.8ohm as they will stress your batteries and eventually kill the MOSFET switch in them.

Fluxomizers are just re-branded CE2s. Ohms will change the heat/wattage but that's true on both and everything. You can get both in ohm ratings from around 2.4 to just over 3. They are warmer due to the coil being at the top. Sounds like you've done all the tweaking to them. The only other thing I'd recommend is before each hit is to turn it over and let the liquid flow up around the coil. Once I started doing that no dry hits nor burnt taste and they are my favorite carto.

Out of the box I'd recommend Boge. They are good performers, easy to fill and just work. On a standard joy I'd recommend 2.5 ohm with them. 2 would probably be a better vape but might stress a standard 510.

Thank you for correcting me hairball. I don't have any smaller batteries any more, but I would have tried it anyway, lol. The lower ohms does mean warmer vaper. Crystal clear vaping usually has a good deal on the Boges as well as Liberty flights. Too bad they don't have the diamonds in a higher ohm for your needs. I can't think of any other good options because a lot of the newer stuff like the G4s is just really bad.

MiT can take those G4's, G5's or whatever revision they are now and stuff them. They are the worst vape I've ever had (and I thought the t-tank system was bad) but these things suck.

If you buy in quantity, greenhouseone is the cheapest. I buy 10 boxes at a time and it comes out to be just under $58. If I need some in a hurry, CCV is the vendor I go to as liberty-flights is usually sold out.

The ego or rivas can withstand the lower ohms but the little batteries just can't take it. I would rather buy the correct ones versus having to replace batteries. I've been vaping a little over 9 months and haven't tossed a battery in the trash yet (I probably just jinxed myself).

Ditto the others. I haven't tried the g4s but I gave up on MIT stuff awhile ago. Just doesn't work with my juices and I don't want to have to alter something to get it to work properly.
Boge cartos are tried and true. Great for the beginner AND the veteran.

I've also discovered the dual cartos, but those are not for the small battery. They eat batteries for breakfast :p

Best of luck!
