FIX(for anyone that cares): I wrapped the Endcap threads with Teflon tape, being careful to not overlap below the threads thus causing it to not screw on all the way and not completing the circuit. It is a nice snug fit, but not overly so. It turns beautifully and turns off with a 1/8th turn perfectly every time.

Thanks to Gmoney for this info

Mine wants to be finicky. If it flickers with the 1/4 to 1/2 turn, I take the cap completely off and put it back on. Do the 1/4 to 1/2 turn, then it works. No big deal to me. I'll try the tape and see if I can get it to work better. I'll report back.

I just want to thank you....I forgot about the off switch and for being upfront and honest about the problem.

I parked a chrome 510 echo-e carto on top of this purple beast and vaped my head off. The room started to spin and I had to put it down. I've never used these cartos before (got them today also) and with the Buzz Pro firing them, HOLY COW! I've never seen vapor like this before.

Awesome product even with the glitch. I'm loving it.

Edit: If I unscrew it until I barely see the first thread of the end cap, it won't turn on at all.

Can someone post a closeup of the threads on the cap and the inside of the tube?

I tried but I can't seem to take a good enough picture to help. I don't have my good camera handy at the moment. But it looks, under a magnifying glass, like the anodize is worn/chipped off of the threads inside the tube. It only takes the tiniest bare area for a connection to be made.

Ruppy I am trying to get ahold of my MFG about a new design that uses Delrin threads and a brass/Chrome plate ( the knurled part ) so that the switch will work EVERYTIME ! Delrin is non conductive . I hope I caught him in time ???
That's a great idea! I guess maybe the type 2 anodize may not be hard enough, or the anodizing procedure used was not sufficient for the internal tube threading. Sorry, it's causing you problems!
