Hello! I am the happy user of a tube tank, and have been using the black tube tank for some time, when finally it started leaking (damaged seal). I ordered another tank, but black was unavailable, so got the chrome.

The Problem? I can't for the life of me refill this tube tank, without damaging my thumb (blistered now, and have cut it twice) as the chrome top is nearly impossible to open. Even my husband, a force to be reckoned with, has conceded its even too tough for him to open! Every time I get near the end, and need to refill I'm filled with loathing, it takes nearly 20 minutes of near crying with my hand aching to get it off. The seal is so incredibly tight, I have to try everything in the book to get it off. This hardly makes for "easy vaping".

Its a little ridiculous.

I decided to go back to the black one, but it hasn't been available forever. Any remedy for this problem? its driving me insane.

I am sorry to hear you are having troubles with your new Chrome Tube Tank.

To refill the Tube Tank you should not have to be removing the top cap off the tube. All you need to do is slide the carto down just enough in the Tube to get the top of the carto free from the top cap. Then you just drip the juice down through the opening in the cap into the tank. Once you have it about 3/4 of the way filled, just slide the carto back up and place your drip tip back on. and you should be good to vape.

Here is a link with more detailed instructions on priming/filling/refilling the Tube Tank:
The Official Volcano E-Cigs Forum • Tube Tank Filling and Refilling Instructions. : Kit and Product Instructions

The Black Tube Tanks have been discontinued. That is why they have been removed from the site.

The orings in the caps can be replaced. So if you wish to revive the Black capped one you have, you can purchase the oring set here: Tube Tank O-Ring Set

Please let me know if you have any ore questions or concerns. I will gladly assist you in any way I can.
