problem with tube tank and cart refill

My cart refill is very tough to put through my tube tank. Its a single coil, but the base seems almost impossible to completely fit. Am I doing something wrong, or should I add a bit of juice to the carts side before I put it through the tube tank? any advice would be great, I was so excited to get the cart refills but now Im at a loss on to why this is happening. yes they are the proper refills I bought them from volcano where it said cart refills for Lavatank

If you're trying to put a CARTO in a CARTO-TANK, sure, lube it up.

I knew there was another tank filler tip out there lol just couldn't remember where I had seen it, thanks for adding it in there as I was feeling too lazy to go and look for it

Not trying to be crude, but put some spit on the the cart first... Lol, there just isn't a way to say it.. Lick it then .. Well you know
