Hi Everybody,

I started vaping a little over 15 weeks ago using the starter kit I ordered from Frank at CigEasy.com. In retrospect I feel pretty lucky because I didn’t have to do all the field research by buying and trying all the different models of e-cigs out there. When I don’t know what I’m doing … I don’t even have enough information to ask a stupid question. Thankfully I stumbled upon this e-cig forum. After reading DonDaBoomVape’s 6-part The Wonderful World of vaping I knew enough to know what I didn’t want.

I didn’t want a hassle. I didn’t want to drip anything … I didn’t want to recharge a battery every hour … I didn’t want a new hobby … I didn’t want to carry around a support system in order to quit smoking tobacco and begin vaping. I wanted a seamless transition from tobacco. I knew if it was a complicated process … it probably wouldn’t work out. Then I found a review by LibertyRevolution called, “Cig Easy - The only place you need to go!!!”

That’s what I was looking for. I ordered the starter kit and 2 days later I was vaping exclusively. Over the last 15 weeks I’ve tried 2 cigarettes. Not because I craved a cigarette … I just wanted to compare it to vaping. And there is no comparison. I have become used to flavor instead of smoke and there’s no going back. The Easy Cig gave me the throat hit, vapor, flavor, and satisfaction I needed to instantly quit cigarettes. No hassles. Just unscrew the used up cart, screw on a new one, and proceed. Life Is Good.

Of course there is a learning curve when trying anything new. I learned that my USB hub (unpowered) blows up USB battery chargers. (Thankfully I had a pass-thru to see me through until I got some new chargers.) I learned that overfilled cartomizers drip juice into an automatic battery and kill it. On the brighter side … I learned the cartomizer cap filling method works best for me. I learned that I don’t have to go crazy on a flight from Seattle to New York. And I really like the tobacco flavors 555, RY4, Camel, Marlboro, and Flue Cured. The non-tobacco flavors are OK too. Except blueberry. That one is just plain weird.

So I’m a pretty happy guy. I’ve got a bunch of KR808D-1 batteries, a couple of chargers, dozens of cartomizers, and bottles of my favorite juices … I’m all set. Nothing’s broke so I don’t have to fix anything. And then …

I’ve read about different mods and passed on all of them. A few were intriguing but I didn’t want to leave the simplicity of a two-piece system or spend a lot of money. I was a contented KR808D-1 guy. Until last Friday … Frank at Cig Easy sent me something to try out.

The Elegant Easy.

And it is.

It’s shorter than my batteries (4 1/8 inches long with a cart), uses my KR8 carts, weighs in at 1-1/4 ounces, and lasts over 12 hours of heavy vaping. 12 hours! I don’t know anything about voltages etc. so I won’t pretend to know what 750 mah means. All I know is the manual button glows blue when pressed and the Elegant Easy does the job. Stays cool, produces clouds of great tasting vapor, and lasts for 12 hours.

If anyone were to ask my how to improve on the KR808D-1 I’d respond, “Make the battery last longer and shorten the recharge time.” The Elegant Easy not only lasts me all day but it’s recharged and ready to go in under 2 hours.

The look of the Elegant Easy is just that: Elegant. I’m using the Pearlized Gold style and as soon as I can … I’ll get the black. I’m not that good when it comes to descriptions so it’s best if you click on over to Cig Easy and check it out. I’ll be taking some pictures of The Elegant in the next day or so and I’ll post them on my SuperBeans Quitting page.

This is the first e-cig I’ve seen where function and style have come together in an exceptional product. It looks as good as it performs … And it performs great!

I didn’t think it was possible ... but vaping just got easier.

Regards,

Kimmy - I received my Elegant today and absolutely love it. I'm not sure about the voltage, but it seems that it's probably 3.7. It produces as much vapor as compared to when I use my V4L manual XL batteries. The flavors are as good, and some seem even better. As an fyi - I use V4L cool carts and premium cartomizers.

I just don't understand why these aren't automatics if they're designed for KR808 cartomizers? Why the button?

I've heard about overfilling cartomizers killing auto batts, but it just seems alot more likely with attys.

I'm not a fan of my eGo XL button - it's one of only 2 things I don't like about it. The other thing is attys. Using an adapter & KR808 cartomizers seems way easier than refilling every hour, or carrying around a bottle of ejuice to drip. The Mega atty & Mega carts don't last much longer for a chain vaper.

Has anyone gotten an answer to what the voltage is on the Elegant Easy? How does it compare to voltage of the Joye eGO? I bought the Elegant about a week ago, and extremely happy with it at the onset. But I am noticing that it seems not to be as powerful as when I first got it. I've had my 650mah eGO for almost a month now, and it is out performing the Elegant at this point. They started out very similar to each other. I have 2 Elegants and they are both doing the same thing. Any one else have a problem with this? Bummer, because I like using 808 cartos as opposed to 510s, and the Elegant is very good looking in the gold color...cone is smaller and has a more finished look. Getting scared its going to conk out.
