I had previously purchased a 510 USB passthru elsewhere but I was interested in cartomizers and wanted to try them. After lots of searching I decided CigEasy had the best price available. I have now been using both for two weeks.
I will admit at first I was disappointed. I was having trouble with the switch and it wasn't activating reliably. CigEasy offered to exchange it, but I delayed because I was seeing progress. After about a week of intermittent use whatever rough edges were interfering with the switch corrected themselves and now it seems to be working at 100%.
I am glad I experimented. I find that while I truly enjoyed my 510, I prefer the cartomizer. It is more flavorful. Despite what may have been true in the past, it is easy to refill. I have only used two of the five cartomizers that came with the initial purchase and have refilled them each at least a dozen times over the last week. It is easier to switch flavors than with the 510, because I reserve one cart for fruity types and the other for coffee types of eliquid. I'm sure once I pick my daily flavor I will end up with a different cartomizer for each of my favorites.
I expect my next order will be a Max kit with another usb passthru (one at home, one at work) and rechargeables for the mobility.
