So I'm still new to this and, last Monday decided to order a PCC for my 510 from cignot.com. I got it two days later and, when I went to use it yesterday it was not working properly - after the PCC was charged, the charge light for the battery just kept blinking and would not charge the battery.

I sent Vicki at cignot an e-mail this morning and she responded (in about 10 minutes!) with a recommendation to check something with the PCC. Still not working so when I let her know she immediately shipped out a new one with a return envelope for the non-functioning unit.

I'm very impressed with their customer service

I'm NOT affiliated with Cignot.

However, I ordered a bunch of stuff and one of the items was missing when it arrived today. I didn't get any questions or doubletalk- I just got an e-mail that the missing item had shipped and a separate personal apology.

The amount of time to resolve the problem? 22 minutes!

I sent a mail to Vicki- and 22 minutes later... problem solved.

If only the rest of my life worked itself out so well.
