Looks like it's been a while since anyone has posted a Cignot review, so it is long overdue.
I've been ordering equipment from them for about a year, and wish I had discovered them sooner. Vicky is always available to answer questions and offer assistance. I've emailed late at night and gotten a reply within minutes. Vicky, you should really take some time off! As long as it's not when I need you.
Order processing and shipping is always extremely fast. I'm halfway across the country, and my orders arrive on the 2nd mail day after ordering. I'm not sure how they do it ... sometimes I picture them receiving my order, packing it up, doing a little dance, and driving straight to the airport to drop it on the next departing USPS flight. And they do all this free on $59 orders, which is pretty easy to do when you stock up on equipment for a month or two at a time.
They sell genuine Joye, and I've never had a problem with any of the equipment, or with the accuracy of any order. So I can happily say that I've never had to test the warranty/returns process. I feel confident that if I ever did need to return something, it would be handled with the same integrity that Cignot has always shown.
When I decided to try the eRoll, I placed an order for the kit and various spare parts, plus a pack of silicone caps I needed for my eGo. Being the sharp-eyed customer-oriented person that she is, Vicky noticed that one odd eGo item, and emailed me to find out if I really meant to order them because those caps wouldn't fit the eRoll tanks. Meanwhile, while waiting for my reply, she started looking around the shop and trying different caps to see if any would fit the eRoll tank! I was very impressed that she took the time to care that I might have ordered the wrong thing. I think most vendors would stuff the envelope with whatever was ordered, without being concerned about whether the customer knew what they were doing!
I recently became bored with my normal juice vendor, and decided to try out Cignot's "Basic" juice. So I placed an order for a bunch of samples, and received them on the 2nd mail day as usual. It seemed like an eternity since it was over a Sunday and yesterday's mail holiday, but that's mostly because I've gotten spoiled from getting my Cignot orders SO FREAKIN FAST! Anyway, I opened up my package and found MORE samples than I ordered! Thanks Vicky!!!
I've only had a few hours with the new juice, so it would be premature to review it here, but I'm happy with what I've tried so far. Vicky, the vaping alien may have found his one stop shopping.
