I ordered two eGo twist batteries, a usb charger, and a pack of 3 atomizers from Cignot on Sunday night, and they filled and shipped my order Monday morning. My package came in Wednesday (yesterday) with everything neatly boxed and wrapped up, several business cards included, and a nice handwritten thank-you note on the invoice (and a little drawing at the bottom, which made me laugh out loud and feel VERY special).
I ordered hardware from them several years ago and got the same great service. I've emailed Vicki a few times and responses have always been prompt and informative. Also, one of my eGo batts has their logo stamped on the bottom, which is neat.
Cignot is my #1 go-to for the hardware that they carry. The only thing I regret is that I didn't pick up a bottle of EcoPure while I was ordering!
