I recently ordered my first PV from cignot and didn't something pretty stupid. I forgot to put my apartment number on the mailing address, so when it got to my local post office, it was marked undeliverable as addressed. My first fear was that it would be returned to cignot and I would have to wait another week to order another one.
The first thing I did was email Vicky at cignot and tell her what happened. I was worried I would be losing both the product and the money, so I asked if I could just pay her the shipping fee again and have it resent. She told me that wouldn't be necessary and that she would just ship it again free of charge!
Seeing as how she obviously isn't just after my money like so many retailers these days, I feel compelled to do her the service of giving her a good review on ECF so hopefully others will repay her kindness for me
