I made an order with cignot on Jan 29th. It didnt ship until the 31st (according to them), and it didnt get here today either. I'm not impressed at all. So they gave free shipping after you spend X amount of money, which is easy to do because they charge a bit more than other, and I say more reliable, sites, but what that gets you is, first class mail with no way to track it at all. I live in NY, and I'm thinking it shouldnt take more than 5 days to come from Illinois?? I can get first class mail faster from California. I have no idea where my package is or if I'll ever get it. Also, I went in to my order within 10 mins of placing it to edit it, and was unable to even edit it.

Not happy, and wont order from them again :(

Just as a side note: Chicago was hit with like 28 inches of snow this week. Even if the vendor (who is in Chicago) got the package to the post office on Monday, it may not have left Chicago for some time.

I will echo what cozzicon has said. I am in the Chicagoland area and had 2 orders en route from 2 highly reliable vendors that I have dealt with many times. Both shipped on the same day and just arrived today after taking 3 days longer than normal to arrive.

There was no mail delivery here on Tuesday or Wednesday due to the storm. And remember this storm affected a good 2/3 of the U.S. and it started in OK and went all the way to New England.

I cannot speak about cignot specifically as I have not used them, just talking about all mail deliveries in general over the past few days
