I haven't looked at all the threads here so I am sure this one already has positive reviews, but I have been exclusively ordering all of my supplies from Cignot and the customer service is great. I wish they could use something other than USPS as I can't stand USPS (sloooooow and very inaccurate tracking info) but I understand it is cost prohibitive to use anything else on small orders, so that isn't their fault.
Vicky and team are extremely responsive to emails and I feel like I can count on Cignot to provide quality products. I have been ordering from them for almost two years now. My how time flies!
