Last month I purchased an "Ego-N" from CigTechs.com which was a knockoff of the Ego. It looked like a Riva but had an LED on the end like traditional E-Cigs. After a few weeks it started turning on by itself, not turning on at all, and all sorts of other problems. Since it only came with a two week warranty I thought I was screwed, but I wrote CigTechs about it anyway.
I was stunned. Even though the product was out of warranty, they replaced it with a REAL Joye Ego at no additional charge.
If you want a reliable vendor that goes above and beyond for their customers, shop at Cigtechs.
BTW: The Ego is amazing. Put in a LR Carto and you are in heaven. After a year and a half of vaping I finally found the perfect E-Cig.
