Hi Cinder,
A question if I may.
I'm not trying to be a .... here, but can you explain why your international shipping is so expensive ?
Halo:
$42.25
All other U.S vendors I use. I'll refrain from listing them, but there are 5.
Max $24.75
Min $9.45.

My last Halo order was $250. And arrived today the 27th and was shipped on the 9th. Making my Halo orders consistently the slowest to arrive also, so I assume I'm not paying extra for speed..

Again, I don't want to come across as an ..., but I think it's a fair question, and one that is keeping myself and my vaping friends from spending a lot more with you.

If I can get quality Big Name U.S juices and gear shipped for $9.45 (from a Vendor on a Mountain) the gap just seems too much to continue to pay without at least asking you the question.

I live in Sydney BTW:

On behalf of your loyal Aussie fans,
Thanks in advance.

Josh.

Just spoke with CS and the shipping department, our rates are based on the rates directly from USPS. If you check the USPS site and put in the specifications of the package you received the options should be about the same or possibly even a bit higher than what we charge. In regards to the other vendors, are you comparing the same size / type of product ordered and shipped using the same carrier?

Unfortunately this is almost directly from the USPS, the small up charge from us is for the handling and packing materials.

Hi guys,

As another Auzzie, I hope you don't mind me jumping in here.

My orders with Halo over this last week and a half came in at a tad over $560.00 in total. Now that's OK. I've ordered for myself and two other people and have a fair bit heading my way. Comes off the back a fair bit of research on the net. Nothing has arrived yet but hopefully not too far away.

I've ordered similar size and weight items before from the US and sent via FedEx. FedEx appear quite a but cheaper and unlike USPS, you can actually track your items once it leaves the U.S. In many ways USPS does not appear to be "international friendly".

Here in AU they don't allow nicotine to be sold in e-cigarettes, so the "e-cigarettes" sold here are totally useless in helping people give up. In fact, because of this the take up has been extremely limited here, as you would expect I guess.

Therefore, you are probably set to do some good business in AU if you can get your name out there and fine tune the freight cost a bit for all us Auzzies who have to buy from the U.S.

Cheers
