it'll be strong but that seems about right to what I had done as well...where'd you find the recipe at?
I have one here http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/e-liquid-recipes/436928-shadavs-clove.html
it's not really djarum, but it's clove ;)

so when you use the oil do you also notice you get a kind of perfume taste?

View attachment 232610 only made it once so don't sue me lol but it turned out fairly well.

lol na i've only got one pv 1300 vv spinner...most my money went to my blu kit which has now been passed on to my mother-in-law and my awesome diy kit from diyflavorshack :) comes with everything you could ever need to diy :D and then just odds and ends...

I only bought a 30 dollar unit with a 1300 Mah battery and a charger. It is sold by SNI International. Its called the tank. Comes with Clear clearomizer 1.6 Ml volume and a usb charger. Only 30 bucks works great lots of vapor.

Yeah wouldnt it be great if someone made a juice calculator that had all of the various brands of juice flavoring in a drop down box? That way you just choose what brand and flavor of flavoring and the calculator tells you how many ml of that brand to use. That would take a long time and a lot of work to create I bet!!!

Well, Scubabatdan's calculator does have drop downs for brand and then flavor, but the rest is showing your new-ness to mixing. I can think of more than a few flavorings that I can use in amounts ranging from butterfly farts to elephant roadapples and everything in-between depending on what I'm going for. An easy example of this is FA's tobacco flavorings because they have completely different tastes depending on how much is used. To the point that is seems unbelievable that the different flavors came from the exact same flavoring. It also happens with other flavorings, maybe not as drastic as FA's tobaccos, but it still happens. (This is why I try to note that my flavoring levels blog does not apply to tobaccos...well...at least when I can remember to note it...)

I can see how it is an appealing idea, but it rings in my brain about the same as Homemade Apple Pie Right From Your Grocer's Freezer. I guess frozen apple pies are OK, but not something I'm interested in. I only made the switch to vaping because of great flavor. If my mixes were just OK, I'd lose a big chunk of reasoning of why I vape. Though I do see a time coming where someone will package mixing supplies so it is like making cake from a box, but even when that happens I'll be the crusty curmudgeon who will still be doing it from scratch.

It's entirely possible that I'm too much of a curmudgeon to see the value of the effort it would take to make such a calculator, the cake from a box calculator.

I say all kinds of things. What sentences gave you trouble?

Never Mind dude no time to explain. I visited your web site. Pretty cool. Keep Vaping.

I couldn't help but giggle at this. I think it was "roadapples" that threw him off. I love that word.

Do what you want, but Hoosier's insight and advice has always helped me.

I am not saying any thing negative about Hoosier. My comment that I made may have came out wrong I applogize for that. What I meant was that my post about the calculator was a simple statement that I wish there was one calculator that does it all and that to create one would be a lot of work I bet. Then Hoosier starts talking about cakes in a box and all sort of other things which is fine but in my opinion off subject of my original post about the calculator thats all. I have read many of Hoosiers posts and have also visited his website which I enjoy and also have it bookmarked. I like him just fine. Hope this clears up any feelings of animosity. I dont juge folks I learn from them.

Hope you read my reply to Face Meat. Think you took me wrong.

Nah, I took it right. The analogies are what threw ya'. That's the way I post. Granted, when I'm on the site posting about a vape meet (Working on a website post for the Fort Wayne meet, coming up soon, right now.) I try to refrain from that, but it's the way I normally speak. Cake in a box, butterfly farts, and elephant road apples are analogies. My blogs are full of analogies, or yaddayadda as you put it.

I was on topic. I was just disagreeing with the concept that such a calculator would be as valuable. (The analogy here is I want my mixes to be more like my grandmother's made-from-scratch carrot cake instead of the carrot cake that comes from buying a box in the store.)

You may be mistaken that I take offense. I don't. My ego isn't dependent on what others think of my writing style. I'm too old for that.

Technically, it's not my site. It is actually hosted from the VP's servers and it belongs to the club, but being the president, the council makes me do most of the posting. They say it's because they like my writing, but I know it's because they would rather not do it themselves. One of the hazards of being, involuntarily, elected president of a club. I do appreciate the kind words about the site and will tell those responsible for building it. A number of council members have donated some effort in creating it and it's still a work in progress.

Hopefully this post with fewer analogies is more understandable.

Its fine hoosier I get it. I think your writing style is great, I just dont get some of the analogies so I get frustrated easily. Your right about the recipes. I found myself doing the same thing last night. I got a recipie calc but last night I said what the hey, Im gonna try this. I made a good cherry, orange, rasberry (frut loops) with a twist I added a hint of watermelon and and coconut to it and it turned out great. The web site is a real good one. I like the links too. I have been reading Dr Siegels post from the link. Very smart guy.

And that is the exact reason that mixing your own is better! LOL. Glad you're creating great stuff...coconut with fruit loops...hmmmm

Now for some odd reason I have a mind to add coconut to a sweet tarts recipe to see what happens...

Yeah lol. Last night my wife was vaping some store bought cheri. Real good juice. She asked me wonder what it would taste like if it had a little cinnamon in it. I said give me your clearo and lets find out. I dipped a toothpick in cinnamon oil put the toothpick in her 2 ml tank let it sit in there about 5 seconds and it was perfect. Just a little tiny hint of cinnamon. It was good!! Thats the fun of it. Experimentation.
