Cinnamon or Apple damage cartomizers?

hi folks,

I know that the cinnamon flavors degrade plastic so I got the glass tank on my eGo, but what about in cartomizers?

I mainly use my eGo 1100mah with the protank 3, but I have a V2 cartomizer with a white battery that I use when I want to be discrete. At a glance, it looks like a cigarette.

Do the harsher liquids wear harder on cartomizers than the lighter ones?

No, a cartomizer should be fine with almost any liquid, because they have a stainless steel casing. The main problem with certain liquids is that they interact with plastic to cause etching and cracking. You won't have that same problem with a carto.

I use dedicated glass tanks with my cinnamon/mint concoctions, however I've never heard of cinnamon being rough on cartos, i believe what may affect them is gunk from very dark or sweet liquids, or also a high vg ratio in the mix.

I use cinnamon, and citrus that are known to degrade plastic in plastic carto tanks all the time and never had a problem. I think it has a lot to do with the concentration and % of these flavorings. When in doubt use glass.
