Cisco 510 and 306 attys Is there a noticeable difference?

I was wondering if there was a noticeable difference between the Cisco Spec 510 and 306 attys. I use exclusively the Cisco 510 attys right now but have found adapters so i can use my 510 Drip Tips on a 306. So is it a good idea to buy the adapter and start using the 306s on my Reo Grand?

And just as a note yes I know the .357 is awesome but thats not my question.

it's easier to clean, and i much prefer the easy access to possibly modify or adjust the bridge/coil with some needles
