Hey guys, I'm new here. I have a civil vapes store pretty close within driving distance, is it worth going up there and checking out what they got? Or are they really over priced like some b&ms I've seen on the forums?

Thanks for any help!

P.s. I'm a beginner, so it'd help if they have people who know a lot and could help me.

Edit - just talked to someone and they said the innokin vtr is 110. What does that price sound like to y'all?

Know the prices for things on the internet that you are familiar with. I made a spreadsheet for my basic things and some of the common items; MODs, a couple of tanks, juice for 10ml, etc.

Generally, B&M prices are 20-40% higher. My first MOD, a SID, I got for $110 at my local shop. They are on the internet for about $40. (sigh)

But, do they have emergency replacements for your set-up? You may need them in a pinch.

Hope

P.S. Many will help you here. You are in a good place.

I honestly don't have any set ups right now! A basic ego is on way to my house shipping wise but I don't know when it'll be here, so I want to see maybe if I like the innokin vtr maybe I can just return the ego I got now?
I'm not sure, but they quoted it for 110. What do you think? Btw the ego was a halo triton starter kit which was 65..

Yeah thats a bit much for the VTR, not as bad as my Local B&M. they want 160$ for the VTR. I didn't even say anything LOL, Just murmured in my head a bit like Seriously? check the Prices online and see what they range from and just go check out the shop for the hell of it. You never know what they have all together until you go check it out for yourself

VTR's are running $69 at 101vape:Innokin VTR - 101 Vape
But.......they're out of stock!
I can do some searching and see if I can find another place? If it's worth the extra $40, get it at the B & W...

Ok thanks man. And appreciate the help above also. I'm not sure, I'm like a little kid again getting all excited about this new and exciting world lol.

I would do some research on different setups. Find one you like then Google it for comparison pricing. Most vendors ship quickly so it would be a few days to receive any items you bought online.

Also on the top of the page you can click on coupons and see if that vendor's doing a discount. Once I find something to order I use ECF coupons or I Google the vendors name for coupons.

Good Luck to You.

Innokin iTaste VTR Starter Kit - Eciggity $74.99 + they have a 10% coupon:"10percentoff" and it is in stock.

Check out your B & M and see if you like it, and check out some other stuff too. The MVP from iTaste is also good and you can find it for around $30, just doesn't have VW, just VV.
If you want to save money, browse the shop, ask questions, and then hit the internet when you get home, otherwise, buy that sucker!
