The Cleito 120 Kanthal Clapton coils are .16 ohm. The Sigelei 100 can fire .15 ohm and higher so, yeah, it looks like it will work, but just barely.

The non spring loaded pin shouldn't have an issue with a Clapton coil? I have a Tobecco super tank on the Sigelei now. With the Sigelei being an older mod without any of the news features, just want to make sure it's safe.

Spring-loaded shouldn't make a difference what shape of wire your coil can be made from. Flat, round, wound (Clapton coils are just made from wire that's had another, thinner wire wound around it), it's all just "load" to the mod. That one can fire loads as low as .15 ohms, and up to 100 watts. (I'm not sure if it can hit 100 watts at .15 ohms, sometimes those limits can't both be reached at the same time.)

As far as the non-spring-loaded pin, just make sure to screw your atomizer (any atomizer) down just enough to make contact with the fixed pin; don't wrench it on trying to make it sit flush, or you'll compress the pin and cause further issues.

Mods and mechs that are spring loaded is a convenience that just comes with the hitters of today. Back a few years ago there were only a few hitters that had floating 510's, most had solid pins in them. Like said by bwh79 don't torque the atty on, all your doing is crushing the threads on the hitter leading to a premature death. The only real con of spring loaded is that if your atty leaks then the spring action pumps juice down into the mod causing the pin to become sticky and/or getting onto the board then frying it.
...as for coils as long as the hitter fires them then pretty well anything goes, just give it time to properly heat up(ramp up time) a clapton or any multiwire build before taking a serious hit. Some do have 1.2ohm resistance restriction but again the regulated hitters of the last couple years have dropped enough to be able to fire low ohm coils.
