Classifieds and swaps why can't I post

Hi

I am new and only have a few posts so am guessing that is the reason I can't post but I can't find out what the requirements are to post in that section.

I basically have Janty RY4 and Cappuccino 16mg liquid which I have just tried and don't like so wanted to swap or sell.
