Great! :( Now I have menthol flavour all over!
Well some flavours do go with a hint of menthol but i just have to get more cartos i guess..

But if you get cleros, then you can change the flavour im i right?

Yes it's easier with clearos, you can wash them and dry-burn, and add another flavour.

But menthol tends to stick to everything, so it's a good idea to dedicate one for menthols only. :)

I have been using Kanger t3's, and I recently got a ProTank... which is awesome! When I want to change juices do I have to waste some of the juice, or is it safe (with the Kanger clearos) to vape the tank dry?

I have some cartos that Ive only filled up once or tvice but how do you clean them when you want to change flavour?
Ive tried with water but the taste from the old juice takes over the new one :/

I know that they only last or a while but is there somthing that you can do to get rid of the older e juice taste?

In my experience, sometimes. I pulled it off recently with about half the cartos in a batch. Dumped them in boiling water and boiled about 15 minutes. Poured into a colander to drain. Started heating some fresh water. When it was boiling good, dumped them in for a second 15 minutes. Dumped into the colander to drain and let cool (they are metal, they'll be hot). Set them aside to dry which takes days. And days. Then more days. About half ended up in the trash right off. I count about 6 survivors out of a batch of something over a dozen.

Conclusions from the experiment:

Bought clearos. :)

Also a couple of dripping attys for sampling juices. You can switch favors quickly dripping.

Still like cartos for some liquids. Not sure why. Maybe it's an airflow thing. But I can get Boge blanks for no more than $1.60 each so it seemed a lot of effort to save very little.

Don't be sad! There is still hope! With menthol, it's a little harder...but possible. What I do is first give the used cartos a good rinsing out with this Cartomizer/Atomizer Cleaning Kit - With 10ml Control Syringe, Luer-lock compatible w/cleaning tubes and instructions It comes with instructions...but basically you use a syringe to force hot water through...then PGA (Vodka, Everclear or whatever. In a pinch white vinegar is better than nothing). Once you've run them through that cleaning cycle, do the boiling thing (a couple of 15 minute boils...fresh water each time) Then you can do a Taryn spin to get out excess water, stuff a bit of paper toweling in the tube (gently) and let dry a couple of days. In a sunny window is good. Or near a heat register. OR you can set your oven to about 170F and put them (without the paper toweling) on a baking sheet and set them in the oven for around 20-30 minutes then turn off the oven leaving the pan in there and let them sit a couple of hours. Be sure the oven was preheated.

Some won't make it. Some will come out nearly like new though...so it's worth the effort in some circumstances!

I know they don't cost much but sinse i live in sweden I have to chip them from china, Uk or the Us and it takes days if not weeks.
Thats why Im sad :( :p

Take a look at this video, it may help you out a bit when it comes to cleaning the cartos. Keep in mind that if you have a burnt carto you can clean it 'til the cows come home but it won't help. Just toss the burnt ones away. As for the ones that still work and you want to change juice this may help.
Enjoy! I hope it helps you out a bit :)

I have about 100 cartos between my wife and I...and we have a baggie where we put cartos that need cleaning. Every couple of months, I will have 50 or so that need cleaning. This works well for me, takes about 30 minutes, and I have only tossed 2 or 3 cartos in 8 months.

1. Remove end piece and soak cartos in everclear or vodka overnight.
2. Rinse in strainer with very hot tap water.
3. Boil for about 5 min.
4. Rinse with hot tap water and repeat boiling.
5. Rinse and repeat 3 or 4 times until water is clear and oderless.
6. Bake at 175-200 degrees on cookie tray for approx 1 hour.
7. Turn off oven and allow cartos to cool in the oven.
8. I let them continue to dry for several days...but I have enough cartos to do this.
