Sounds like the "dead" one may not be making good contact with the battery. If it's not producing any sound or vapor whatsoever, this is sometimes the case.

You can try pulling the center tube of the CE4 down slightly with pliers. It's the little round contact point on the bottom of the clearo. The video you linked to shows how to do this.

I tried that and still nothing I mean it's no big deal it was like only 5 bucks but it kind of sucks that it died out within three weeks of me using it. Any recommendations for my next one maybe not so cheap?

First, use the ohms scale on a multimeter at the lowest setting to determine if the coil is open. It should read somewhere in the neighborhood of its rating minus the resistance you get by touching the bare leads together.

If you get a reading less than 10, then it's a contact issue. On the bottom of the atomizer connection there will be a threaded ring that screws into the battery. Inside that is the center contact. It should protrude just slightly farther than the outer ring. It has a hole in the center for airflow. You can create a tool from a paper clip that will lock into the hole and allow you to wiggle it out just enough. Bend the outer leg of the paper clip straight and then use a pair of pliers to create the smallest right angle you can. Use that tool in the center hole (just enough to enter and lock when slanted) to pull and wiggle it out so that the center contact protrudes about the same as the clearomizer that works. Pull carefully. You can pull the entire contact out of its silicone insulator if you are too aggressive.
