Hot water and if its a really strong flavor I use a little alcohol and hot water .
I reuse as well.
Put tape or clear nail polish over the numbers, they wear off.
I disassemble and rinse them with hot water. If I use a strong flavor with a lingering aroma after washing, I'll soak them for a few minutes in a 2:1 DW/white vinegar mix, then rinse.

So far I have only used warm water and it works great, I bought a 10 pac too but am still just using the first one. And yes, the numbers do where off though.
Thanks to everyone ... I went to the local drug store and bought ten 3mil and ten 1mil ... I cut the sharp needle ends to dull them, and taped over all the #s with clear packing tape ... great deal @40 cents each 
The pharmacist actually showed me how to cut the needle tips with a pair of scissors (I showed him my PV to explain exactly why I needed them).

I went into a drug store to try and find some 20g. needles,,
That was the last time I will go anywhere near those places for my vaping needs...

Why? Did they give you a hard time about vaping?
Put about 3 coats of clear nail polish on the markings and they'll last a good long time.

How far are you from CLEWISTON, FL ?
There is a Tractor Supply there and they have the needles there in 14g, 16g, 18g and 20g no questions asked.
Also syringes in lots of sizes for cheap prices. I get 1ml here local for 21 cents each.

I had to go to the pharmacist area for the help I needed. They asked me what is what for? So I told them I was a making a new micro coil for my dripper on my vaporizer and it had to be 20g. Well, that talk is Chinese to them, and I got some weird looks, so I figured that it would be best to laugh and then leave.... lol...
I usually order this stuff online, but since I am getting some sterile cotton there, I might as well ask..
