So it never occurred to me till my wife pointed out how often I clean my devices. I can usually get pretty into it about once a month.

I start to disassemble everything.
Get 99% Isopropyl alcohol.
Q-tips
Cotton Balls
100% cotton polishing cloth

I usually spend about an hour cleaning everything. Drawers that hold all my supplies are emptied and cleaned as well.

I was just wondering about the cleanliness of your devices, work area, ect.

I didnt find anything really about keeping your devices clean and sterile on the net, just wanted to see what others thought.

My work area gets cleaned when it gets so bad even I cant stand it any longer, , same goes for cleaning and sorting out all my vaping supply holders. All my vaping toys get cleaned a little more often, but neither would I say I spend a great deal of time on cleaning them. They tend to let me know when they need cleaning by how they are working so I just let them tell me when its time to give them a good cleaning. :)

I remember when I first started I did faithfully clean my attys once a week without fail  I stopped doing that ages ago and now only clean when they tell me they need it and honestly there's been no difference in how long they perform before dying.
