Cleaning Atomizers

Hello!

How, and how often, do you guys clean your atomizers?

I clean mine about every other day by dropping them in extremely hot, filtered water (after being heated in a coffee mug in the microwave for about 4 minutes) and letting them sit until the water gets cold. Then I take them out and blow them dry and rub a couple of Q-tips in the battery-connecting end (not the metal wool).

Is this too much? Are there better ways of doing this?

Thanks!

I keep a little container of isopropyl alcohol near my supplies. I just drop my atty in there for a while (maybe a half hour) then let it air dry overnight. How often I do it depends on how I've been using the atty. I generally clean them about once a week, or more often if I've used it with some odd flavor that doesn't want to go away.

I am cleaning my attys every 1.5 weeks also or when I want to get a flavor out.... (good luck getting rid of cinnamon *lol*)

I typically blow out my attys first then soak in Everclear for about 1/2 hour then blow them out again. I boil water and let the attys soak in hot water for about an hour. Blow them out once more, and let them dry out over night on a paper towel with the threads up.

This has worked for me so far and hope this helps..
