Cleaning atty

When cleaning ones atty in peg do you change the peg ever time, or reuse it? Also, where is a good place to buy peg and what is a good brand name.

Hey Tilden,

You can use any Vodka will do the trick. I dont clean my attys but very rarely but If I need to rid the atty of a flavor I use some Vodka and soak for an 30 minutes/rinse/ dry/ re-prime and you're ready to go..

I have also used 90 Proof rubbing alcohol. I rinse well never have a problem. Rinsing is the key using that stuff..

Always blow out the first few hits so you don't get any residual, yucky taste..

The ones I've been getting lately have been swimming in primer fluid, so I've been rinsing them off in hot tapwater, blowing a couple mouthfuls of warm water through them, then blowing through them until they sound dry.

I really recommend a Steam gun.. gets the taste out and leaves them shiny clean..
