So Im deployed and there is a very very very short supply of stuff here. Normaly I put some vinegar in a small pill bottle and stick it into the microwave till its bubbling then stick my batteries in there and let them soak for awhile. Well no vinegar here. Also you might say hey check youtube fatty but its only government internet and youtube is blocked. Ive heard of using coke but is that really a good way to clean it? Also how long should i let it sit in the mixture?

Thanks

Hey Chopsuey!!!

I hope you had a great holiday!!

A package went out today and should be to you in a week or two!

I didn't have the kind of attys or batteries you're using so I sent you a couple mods I made and all the supplies.

There's an AAA mod which is compact and will vape for about a day on a charge. There's an AA mod which is a little bigger but will vape for 3+ days on a full charge. Each takes 4 batteries so I sent 8 x AA and 8 x AAA NiMH batteries and a charger so you can charge one set while using the other. They saw batteries listed on the customs form at the post office and double checked to make sure they're allowed to be shipped overseas.

3 x 30ml bottles of juice and half a small bottle should hold you for a little while. I included 2 x 901 attys and blank cartridges and also an extra switch in case one breaks to round it out. It has all you need for some decent vaping! Let me know if you have any questions when it arrives.

The package weighs several pounds.... half a pound of vaping supplies and a few pounds of other goodies!

Thanks again!! Enjoy everything in good health and stay safe!!

What a WONDERFUL thing to do, capecodjim! That warmed my heart!!

Thanks Sally! I could have PM'd Chopsuey with the info but I thought posting it might inspire others also. It gave me the idea to start a thread on the Armed Services forum where people who might need something can connect with people who can send it to them.

Seriously jim i cant wait to get this. I was surprised when someone wanted to send me something and now i cant be more thankful. You have gone above and beyond to help us out here. Thank you very much!!

No worries!! You're more than welcome..... My Dad was in the infantry in the battle of the bulge and I have great respect for those who serve our country. I can't sit here thinking that you who are out defending freedom might be lacking something I can help provide. I'm sure there are many who'd like to help if given the opportunity.

I saw on another thread that if liquid leaks from a package in transit they usually blow it up for good measure. I would have triple bagged the juice instead of just double bagging. The bubble wrap had to go so I could fit more stuff in but I'm sure the juice will be fine.

I hadn't considered until after I mailed it that you might be somewhere hot and sending chocolate might not be a good idea but it's packaged well and I know that even melted it still taste good!
