Somewhere out there
Well this was my first attempt at cleaning used cartos. I watched the videos of using a syringe and boiling and turkey baster, but I did not have a syringe or baster so I improvised. I washed out a dish soap squeeze bottle really well so no soap or smell was left. I then filled it with really hot tap water and used the squeeze bottle top over the carto and rinsed out my presoaked cartos. Worked great! I soaked the cartos for 15 min in hot tap water to soften them up first. I squeezed the water thru both top and bottom of carto and when they smelled fresh and clean with no e liquid smell I shook out the water and now they are drying on a paper towel. I will let them dry at least 3 days to be sure no water is left.
Hope this helps someone that doesn't have special equipment but has an empty dish soap bottle :)
I am hoping this makes my cartos last even longer! bnrk

...good idea...what I have done is to boil them on high for 15min and then rinse using hot tap water, letting it blow thru form the mouth end then repeat twice more, finally blowing out excess water and allowing them to dry...worked great the first time, the second round, the cartos came clean but did not last more than a day or so afterwards before the draw and taste started going away...so a weeks orso usage before first cleaning...near a weeks usage after that cleaning and then I toss 'em...I do have the BIG syringe BUT, haven't tried that method yet...also need to get some PGA and see if that will help any...........

Well wait and see if you succeed in drying them. Many peopke have to bake them in a low oven for hours (175 to 200 F) to get them to dry.

I don't clean plain stuffing cartos. I just never put an untested juice in a carto and only my faves get cartos. I test them on a sealed manual battery with atomizer and drip tip (either 510 manual with 510 or 306 standard resistance atty and the appropriate drip tip or KR808D-1 sealed manual like Volt with DSE901 atomizer and drip tip) and that is the same way I vape some occasional and thick juices. My favorite thin juices get cartos.

all i used to use was really hot tap water till the water runs clear. holding the carto with a pair of pliers. for drying i used a 3in piece of heat shrink tubing and a string/shoestring. you shink one side down so the carto doesnt fall out. punch a hole in the other side and insert carto insert string through hole and spin it like sling the centrifugal force; forces the water out and its ready to use within minutes. also referred to as the Taryn spin youtube video possibly i dont remember
