Cleaning ego Mega Cartomizer

Has anyone used the ego Mega Cartomizers from vape Big ... found at this link: MEGA eGo Cartomizers If so, how do you suggest cleaning them? Also, the site doesn't say just how much liquid they are supposed to hold but I'm thinking about 2 & 1/2 ml ... is that correct?

...when dry and new, mine held 4+ml...I think they are advertised as 4.5ml capacity...to clean, I boil for 10min and rinse...repeat 3 times in fresh water each time...some recommend distilled water, I just used tap water...after the third rinse, I blow excess water out and leave to dry for a day orso...you can also put the in the oven at lowest setting(150-170F) for a couple of hours............
