Cleaning Ego-T carts and atomizers?

Hi All,

I know this has probably already been discussed in the numerous threads, but I cannot it find through the search.

What seems to be the best option so far?

theres alot of debate on how to clean attys and carts, i usually leave my atty in 91% rubbung alcohol for a couple hours, then run it under hot water for at least five mins then blow out excess water, dry over night, blow out again and im good to go, as far as carts i run em under hot water for a few then let em dry, hope this helps ya a lil bit, have a good day!-)

How do you get the water in the little tiny hole of the T cart? Do you take the cart apart?

NOOO. Don't take it apart. If your juice can get in there (it obviously can) then so can water.

If i am cleaning a cart to change flavors I take the cap off it and rise it out.
I recently cleaned my Atties and did not have the best experience in the world with that. I soaked in isopropyl then rinsed with warm water, then left them to dry. They were AWFUL to get wicking again after I did that. I took a lot of attempts and putting some full carts on them and letting them sit upright like that for a while to get them back to life. After reading some posts, this MAY be because of using tap water? I saw someone say it leaves minerals on the wick and causes it to not soak in juice well for a bit.

Anyway, in the future I am going to try just rinsing with warm water, blowing out, and using right away.

Take the flat cap off the end of the eGo-T cart, rinse under water a few times, fill with water blow it out a couple of times. I roll the corner of some paper towel into a point, insert into the end of the cart, twist it a few times - that's it. Refill and go. So easy

I was afraid to take the flat end off thinking it might leak afterwards. Good to know it won't!

I have tried the 91% alcohol on one T atomizer as I do with my regular ones but it did not really change the "draw" - it still seems clogged up. Maybe I didn't soak it long enough.

As long as your careful taking the flat end cap off and clean every now and again (if using the same flavor), I would imagine these eGo-T carts will last ages yeah?

Blue Crest Pro Health cleans atties? hmmm interesting. I might have to be giving that one a try.

I've done the Crest Pro Health method and it works great! Just remember to follow the rinsing instructions closely so you don't end up with a minty fresh atty hehe.
