i have cleaned mine a LOT....they are quite re-usable for such inexpensive components.

i'll give em a soak in denture tablet water for a bit, then soak em in PGA or vodka overnight. also, makes a delishus drink! denture-hol!

let air dry overnight and they should be good to go.

i personally wouldn't dry burn a freshly cleaned and dried mini-tank, so i couldn't say if it's good to do or not. i'll dry burn before i clean to loosen any gunk up.

I'm probably the minority on this topic but all I've ever done is rinse them under warm running water and let them dry. I don't use a cleaning agent of any kind and I've never had the need to dry burn my Mini Tanks. I rotate 3 tanks and those 3 usually last me 2-3 months. Not bad for a $4 tank.

Of course, there's nothing wrong with a good maintenance routine but I've had great results using only water for cleaning.

I'll clean the Triton coils but with the G6 cartomizers or mini tanks I don't clean them. I have a dedicated tank or carto for a flavor so I just refill until it's all used up. They are so cheap I like the toss it method. ;) But if your needing to change flavors I use the denture tablets for a good soak then rinse in hot water and let completely dry. I've never dry burned the minis. :)

Okay so you dry burn before you clean them? Just a couple of clicks?

Same here, just a good flush with tap water & let them air dry. I usually got 3-4 weeks use out of them with that method.

Apparently my house is too humid... I tried that and let them air dry for a good 24 hours and the wicks were still too wet to produce vapor

That happens to me sometimes too. When it does, I just take a few hits until the moisture is gone and the wicks start soaking up juice. It only takes maybe two or three hits and I start getting vapor from the juice.

On several occasions I have rinsed a tank and used it immediately afterward, without letting it dry first. Aside from those first two or three hits, it vapes like a champ.
It's just a matter of burning off the moisture from the coil area so the juice has room to soak in.

After letting them air dry for 24 hour you could then try putting them in a ziploc bag with dry rice. Rice will absorb the rest of the moisture from them. :)
