Cleaning my tank.

thanks for the quick respond. Ive replaced the atomizer head and still get the old flavour. The problem is that i tried refilling the tank with a new flavour which I thought it was ready, but it tasted like alcohol (I forgot to breathe the e liquid). I let it all night open (aprox 12 hours of breathing) the liquid smells much better now. Still cant remove the smell from the tank. The atomizer, airflow control and drip tip are clean, but the tank still has a smell of a e juice which was not correctly breath. Sorry if its confusing, engilsh is not my first language. I have around 1 month vaping. 8 years of analog and i do not want to go back.

Have an evod that had a very strong tobacco flavor. Rinsed in very warm water between flavors but it still had that strong tobacco taste. Dumped that liquid, rinsed in warm water and then soaked in pure grain alcohol for 20 min. Rinsed it again under very warm water. Let it dry, popped in a new atomizer head and there's not even a hint of that nasty old flavor. Cheap vodka should produce the same results.

also wanted to know if isopropol alcohol or everclear damages the rings?

I've been soaking PT heads in Iso for months and have yet to see anything that I'd relate to o-ring damage. Really the only time I use anything other than water is when cleaning brand new tanks (machine oil removal).
I've never tried it but the baking soda idea is probably a really good suggestion. My wife and mom keep a box of baking soda in the fridg for odor control.
Good Luck
