Let's assume for a second that you're not cleaning it to change flavors, and you're not using juice that would typically gunk up the coils faster than normal.

How many refills (ml) do you go through before you disassemble everything and clean it?

I'm about at the end of refill #2 on my T3 (although that juice has been in there over a week), my vivi 3.5ml, and my mini vivi. Before now, I've only cleaned them and/or replaced the heads because I was switching flavors. I haven't particularly noticed any flavor/vapor loss yet from any of them, but I'm wondering if cleaning them before there is an issue is typically recommended.

Thanks! :)

I use both kangers and novas, and with the juice I use, it's when I see the color getting darker - usually clean once a day but I'm a heavy chain vaper.

Do you go through more than one tank in each of these a day? Or you're cleaning/exchanging the head for a clean one after each tank?

I'm on my second refill on a T3 I just got this week. Before that I was using D808-1 Kanger M3 clearo's on my Volt V2. From what I understand if your not changing flavors in these T3's than just replace heads when they go bad (that is if your not rebuilding them). I don't know for sure because I'm just getting into these clearo's but I hope I get at least 4 to 6 weeks minimum before I need to change heads. I don't mix flavors in the tanks and I vape between 1ml to 1.5ml a day. I hope I can tell when a head needs replacing instead of trying to turn the VV dial to compensate for the taste! I have a couple of EVOD coming next week to try in my rotation.

Whenever I find myself with little vapor (or less than usual). Sometimes it's two or three days or 3 refills. Shadowfax from HHV gunks up the coil faster than with other liquids. When clean it'll vape at 3.5v, when gunked up 4.2 v produce little or no vapor. Time to clean. It's easier for me to run it under tap hot water, then leaving it overnight in alcohol and rinse it in plenty hot water.

I'm using the kanger full time now, and go thru probably 5-6 tank fulls a day. Once a day cleaning is working well for me. I'm on day four of a head that I rebuilt - 5 wraps of 32 kanthal around a 2ml silica wick (no flavor wick on top). Working great.

This is what I do.

I've had my heads going for 5 weeks now and the only thing I replaced was the flavor wick. The rest vape the same but they're getting harder to clean, even with alcohol.
