One of my Riva cones is suddenly cutting off circulation when vaping. Meaning, I can't get ANYTHING when it's on. When I take it off, and vape straight off the cartomizer, vapor is fine. I put on another cone, and everything's working okay.

I had just filled a cartomizer with some juice that's pretty thick (Ms T's vanilla custard), and I figured maybe some hadn't come off when I cleaned the outside of the cartomizer before screwing it in, and putting the cone on, though it didn't feel like there's any residue left over. I tried cleaning the inside of the cone with water, which did nothing, then with a bit of rubbing alcohol, but it's still sticking when I screw it on the battery, and I'm still barely getting any air flow. And now there's a burning taste from the very little bit I am getting. What am I doing wrong, here? Did I ruin the cone, or what? Again, the same set-up is working fine (same cartomizer and battery, no burning) with the other cone.

If it were me I would try soaking the cone in alcohol for a few hours. I don't know if you did this or not. Also look at the threads and makes sure it didn't accidentally cross thread (screwed on at a little angle. The threads will look messed up) It's possible that if you cross threaded it it could mess it up.

Okay, thanks for the advice! I'll give those a try. :)
