If your taking them apart to dry burn, don't.

Perhaps the silicone plug is not fitted back on correctly and it's leaking down the air tube?

If you tire of fiddling with the Visions, this new device is a Vision killer. They're sold out at the link, but word is there is another vendor selling the same thing. This thing is hands down the best CE2 on the market, http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...nging-2-5-2-7ohms-thick-coil-so-break-em.html

I use Vision Extremes and I always take them apart to clean and dry burn. I do not have any leaking issues.

One thing I noticed is that the o-ring can either get stuck to the inside of the tube the first time you try to take it apart and may damage it so you have to be extra careful. The O-ring also appears to be a little loose.. stretched out. When you put it back together, you have to be careful and sure the o-ring sits in its groove well while placing the tube back on. Once the tube is on and the o-ring is seated in it's groove right, I don't have any leaking.

Hi!
I never take my Visions apart, only take out the silicone plug.
Use a small size and thin Crochet hook to pull wicks out, wash all with water first, then rince with alcohol, dry the wicks with small piece of paper towel ( I usually wrap a piece around tweezers to get closer to the coil), then grab wicks with tweezers and insert them back to the body. Now you can start dryburning.
Hope this helps:)
