I appreciate this post. I have been having good success with Licorice root, vitamin a, and n.acetylcysteine. N - Acetylcysteine is great for anyone with copd or lung diseases, and anyone with such problems should research it.

As far as that particular website and its' content, most of the articles there I find useful and sometimes I just have to close the tab, occasionally even reading a bit more than the headline before the wave of ridiculousness suffocates me..
