Inositol? Can help former smokers

Here is a full study of inositol and cancer (very technical ) but interesting since I wanna go to med school anyways here it is
I don't believe it specifically deals with brochial dysplasia but it is about inositols anti-cancerous effects

So I ordered some bulk inositol from purebulk.com

I'm taking 4g/day, which is 1/2 tablespoon dissolved in a couple oz of water.

So far, so good, and much easier than swallowing 8 capsules.

Anyone taking this at the higher dosages have any side effects?
This is most interesting. Inositol is part of niacin, if I am not mistaken, which would explain its benefits with bp.

Just a quick warning for anyone who suffers from bipolar disorder - one theory on lithium's mechanism of action involves its depleting levels of myo-inositol.

You should, therefore, approach supplementing with inisotol very cautiously indeed.
