Clear 808D Cartomizers with Dual Coils

Does anyone know if these cartomizers will work on a V4L King single logo manual battery? The V4L are classified as KR808-D. Is the threading the same and will there be enough battery to make the dual coils work right?

That should fit an 808 threaded battery, but dual coils draw a lot of power, so you'll probably get very little battery life out of it. Also I'm not sure what kind of amperage the switch in those batteries are, so that could be an issue as well.
