Clearing throat

I recently went to 30/70, pg/vg juice. I've noticed that I am clearing my throat (phlegm) more often. Is this due to the higher vg,and if so what ratio should I try?

Likely from Induced sinus drainage.

When vaping heavily, no matter the blend, I get some congestion. I also have a bit of an esophageal issue.

I too get phlegm when vaping higher VG juice. Because of that I now vape mostly 50Pg/50Vg.

Have you noticed a difference going 50/50, part of my problem is that I don't like throat hit.

I typically vape 80pg/20vg but don't mind 70pg/30vg.
I definitely notice increased phlegm if I drop down to 50pg/50vg.

I won't even vape anything with more the 50% VG in it.

No, not really. But I mostly vape 3mg (sometimes 0mg) juice.
