So right now I am waiting for my first PV and supplies to arrive. I ordered 2 eGo Twist 1100's along with 3 clearomizers. Over the weekend I have been researching the vivi nova tank and its ease of use. I am thinking of buying a few vivi novas if I like the PV. I just had a few questions. Are the novas as easy to use as people say? How many carts and attys should I get to last for a month or so. I know that sometimes there are duds so I'm just looking for averages.

Lastly, if I buy the nova tank, will I need to get a drip tip for it?

comes with its own tip, the tank is rebuildable and the heads are cheap if you just want to switch and go, just unscrew everything, rinse it out, and put it back together real simple.
reusing the same heads are done like this:https://docs.google.com/document/d/1AL5Th4Cy5RTt0DDVRJF1Qf8onTL4tllThadEuxVqeCQ/edit?pli=1

instead of a whole new tank the disposable part is just the head. usually 2-3 bucks a month on average. with no care 2-3 weeks maybe.
you can buy two just to have a spare if you break it but just having extra heads around is usually all that's needed. it will come with 3 different heads to try to start.

My experience with Novas has been very positive. Initially they're "fill and go". Rinse well with hot water and dry burn every tank or two. Change the heads every 1-4 weeks (I change mine about once every 4-6 weeks, but have 4 Novas going at the same time).

On your Twists, you will probably want to use the 2.4 ohm heads. You can also use the 1.8's at a lower voltage. The 2.8's probably won't get warm enough with the 4.2V limit on the Twists, but might if you don't like your wattage too high.

Try one and see, but odds are you will like them. As far as 70/30 or 80/20 PG/VG juice, they work fine. IF (and opinions vary) the Novas have wicking peoblems with thick juice, it would be with more like 80%+ VG.

you can't go wrong with a Vivi Nova. I would make sure you buy a Vision Vivi nova as there are knockoffs, and older versions. If it says Vision Vivi Nova it is more likely real.

This place sells them: GotVapes Vision ViVi Nova™ V2.5 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

They also have spare heads for sale. You also might want to look at NEW GotVapes Vision STV Nova : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more It's their new VNs and they look pretty sweet. I have a black and silver one.

Another couple of suggestions for real Novas: Madvapes and Surevapes. That's where I buy mine.

I have to be honest, many people love them but not everyone does.

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-time-can-anyone-suggest-anything-better.html

You might fall in love with them and I really hope you do. Try one first and maybe get a box of low resistance cartos just to be safe. You can't really clean the carto to swap out liquid, but it gives you a couple options.

I think I'm going to give them a fair chance... I am still wrapping my head around the resistances and how they correlate to volts. I did save that chart I've seen on here but It's at home. I will look into it.

Thanks for this advice. I'm think i'll try the 2.4 ohm heads and play around with it.

Also, I don't think I was clear on the earlier post. I don't really like that much of a TH, so I want to stick to mostly VG based juice. I am going to try what I have coming, and go from there, but I was thinking about going with more like 20 or 30% PG and 80 or 70% VG. For some reason when I smoke the disposable e-cigs, they have too much TH and I can't really inhale them without coughing. Normally I smoke Marl Lights (PaD).
