Clearomizer CE2 vs Rev. 5

Hi, just bought the

510 Ultimate CE2 Clearomizer XL

I didn't buy the Revision 5 because the description says they tend to crack.

So, what's the difference between them?

The Ultimate CE2 have thicker, crack resistant tubes and are available in more colors.

Well, for me, they produce a lot of vapor, but almost no heat at all. I'm going to have to see if I can get a lower resistance.

What is the resistance of the CE2's and what battery are you using them on?

I have the: 510 Ultimate CE2 Clearomizer XL - 2.4Ω/ohm

I'm running them on an Indulgence V3 with Ultrafire 18650 3.7v protected batteries.

Just got some Rev 5's... How can they crack when they seem to be made of metal?
...at the base?
