Clearomizer confusion...

I tried searching for an answer but i couldnt seem to find anything...
this may seem like a really stupid question (sorrry!!)

But im thinking about getting some clearomizers for my 510, and i dont know what im buying, as in 2.4 - 2.6 or 2.6 - 2.8 ohm? and do i go for normal or XL? lol really confused!

Im using a standard 510 manual batter if thats any help?

I would go with the extra-large size (XL) at 2.4-2.6 ohm - holds more juice and gives a good, warm vape.

I stand corrected - I have never used 'standard 510' batteries as I began with an Ego and went straight to mods. Hence, I bow to the PV Master

Std hold just under a ml of juice, XL's hold about 1.8ml. XL's are better if you can put up with the extra length as much less filling required. On STD batteries go for the 2.8 ohm.

Will less than 2.8, say 2.4 - 2.6 just drain it faster due to more power being used, or will it actually kill the mechanics of the battery?

Never tried it but I believe it will kill the battery much faster than a normal resistance one would.
