clearomizer for a v4l automatic battery - save me from analogs

I would like to try a clearomizer. Struggling with staying off analogs, and part of my rationale (yes, I know I am weak) is the hassle of the cartomizers. I do not seem to refill them properly and I have read all the tips. It is hit or miss with me. I was getting a day off of 2 cartos and now it seems I can't refill them to last and I am using 4 or 5!

I have a v4l MANUAL battery that I love. Am I correct that this uses KR808's? or is it KR808D's? I know that the clearomizer must have 4 notches on the battery end - 2 notches will not work and I know this because I ordered cartomizers that came with 2 notches and they are useless.

Can someone help me? I am up to 5 or 10 analogs a day and I had been analog free for 3 months!!! I live with a smoker and so it is easy to be "weak."

nhaler has 2 or 3 types: KR808DM-1 ClearoCartos

KR808D-1&KR808DM-1 ClearoCarts

I have not used these so I cannot comment on their quality.

How do you know if you need the D or DM type? Anyone have experience similar to mine with the v4l auto battery? I don't want to deal with a mod. They seem to need assembly. I really like my battery and my pcc. Just want a way to not have to refill so often. The cartos are becoming a maintenance issue since I can't seem to refill them properly.

Thanks, Mudflap. I am trying to be loyal to madvapes. I bought one set of cartos from them that fit my V4L manual (sorry, I think I said auto before) batt, and then the next set would not work so now I am worried about ordering. I also have a PT in my car and on DH computer where we sit and geek.

I am proud to say that I have had only 2 analogs today. I have my credit card out and am ready to purchase a CE2 if I can be assured it will fit on my V4L or if a good alternative slim auto batt is available.

I know I must sound lazy and weak willed to many. I started vaping in June, did really well for months, and then just fell off the wagon. Trying really hard to climb back on. I am 40 with a 2 1/2 year old and want to be around to see him graduate from college and get a family of his own.

Trying to get re-addicted to the ECF forum and ignore the pack of smokes sitting 2 feet from me.

BTW - that GotVapes CE2 thread is seriously LONG!!!! Still muddling through, but can already see from their website that they do not have this new CE2 in stock! Seriously bummed, but trudging through for info, tips, hope . . .

I will look at the madvapes 808-D, but where is a slim manual batt that will fit?

Manual or auto, your V4L batteries should accept any cartos labeled for KR808D-1. If you log in to your account at madvapes you can view your order history. Provide a link to the cartos your ordered that didn't work for you, and we can help clarify why they didn't work. Hopefully.

Thanks, Mudflap. I actually put in a ticket when that happened and it was the exact same order, but they didn't know why one order had 4 notches and one had only 2 (I need 4). They offered to take back the ones I hadn't opened already, but I figured shipping would cost more than it was worth so I still have them. The customer service is great - quick, friendly - but they didn't have an answer. No biggie. I'm sure somewhere down the line I'll end up with a battery that can use them
