Clearomizer Lifespan?

Did you find the protank to be airy? I'm expecting a shipment soon through my research on you tube some people say it is a very airy. If you do find it airy, do you still get a throat hit? Thanks!

2 of my CE5 clearomizers have been going for 10 weeks without even changing the heads. Now I do clean and dry burn them regularly.

My Protank I have changed out the heads once and rebuilt the original once.

My ViVi Nova seems to need the heads cleaned and/or replaced more often than the CE5s or the protank.
