Well, since you mentioned clearomizers in your OP, I would suggest either an iClear 30, a Kanger Protank, or a Kanger eVod (or is it Evod?) The iClear 30 still has top-feeding wicks, but there's like 18 of 'em. I have and use an iClear 30. Keep it full and slosh it around, and you're good to go. The Kanger Protank looks and feels like it's of sturdy construction. I've held and seen and assembled one, but haven't vaped it yet. The eVod looks exactly like a Kanger MT3, but with a stainless steel body. Still meh in my opinion. Be careful with removing the top wicks. I tried it with my MT3's and they leak horribly. My own fault, user error.

EDIT: If you're on a budget, the basic iClear clearomizer, the one with four wicks, might be an option.

EDIT 2: The iClear 30 is dual coil, so I would try the 2.1+/- heads at 4.5 instead of 4 volts. I get better hits at this setting with it on my Twist.

EDIT 3: All of these devices are relatively new and everything is still on the fence. Give it a couple of months and people will start popping up complaining about this or that, and things will probably change again.

Evod is as easy to fill as a Stardust, although it goes the other way, from the bottom.

Gosh, I guess it's not as easy, as you have to take it off the battery :p

Instead of taking off the drip tip and filling, you upend it, take off the bottom and fill it.

I have both, changeable coil stardust styles and evods (among other things), and both work well for me.

I have tried most of the "low end" clearos, CE4/Stardust/Mini Vivi, and have found what works for me. The EVOD. Plain and simple. Its small (only 1.6 ml), but I have had no leaking, no gurgling (like I did with the T3 and MT3), and the heads have lasted 3+ weeks so far. I clean them every few days, but that is about it.

Cheap, easy to maintain, works awesome!

(just my 2c)
